According to web sources the non-Columbia House edition on Geffen either comes with the same above catalog # or with the alternate catalog # GEF 24239. 2) Album was subsequently re-released with a different cover art than above. 3) This edition comes with no credits for the artwork/design department. 4) It appears that the non-Columbia House edition on Geffen comes with a different inner sleeve design and more content in the matter of liner notes than for the Columbia House edition.
