Notes: 1) This entry is about the “Heart & Soul” CD album issued in Australia as a double CD+DVD packaging to coincide with Joe Cocker’s 2005 Australian Tour. Essentially, this is a different packaging of the "Heart & Soul" CD album (see above). According to web sources, this particular edition appears to have same track order as the UK edition of "Heart & Soul" (which is not in my possession). It also does lack the live ‘bonus track’ included in the US edition (see above). 2) Musician credits are same as for the “Heart & Soul” US album, with obvious difference in the corresponding track numbers. 3) CJ Vanston is not credited as Arranger. 4) UMe thank-you notes are not listed. 5) Tom Halm is credited as “Tidalwave Sound Production Coordinator”. 6) Web address for universalchronicles is not listed. 7) Whether these differences are also pertaining to the UK edition of "Heart & Soul" is unbeknownst to me, as is the existence of an AUS “Heroes & Friends” edition in a non-DVD, single CD album issue. 8) See above “Heart & Soul” entry for CD songwriters credits.
