As you may remember, we announced the participation of Lee to the latest annual ASCAP Concert that was held on May 14 at the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C.. The concert has now become available online, and you just have to click on the player below in order to enjoy it! The artists Lee played bass with on this occasion are Roger Cook and Roger Greenaway, Elvin Bishop, Mickey Thomas, Siedah Garrett, Alan Bergman, The Carolina Chocolate Drops, Jim Weatherly, Charles Strouse, Liz Callaway. Line-up of band is as follows: Lee (bass), Omar Hakim (drums), John Lee Sanders (keyboards, saxophone), Chris Caswell (music director, piano, keyboards), Vaneese Thomas, Jill Dell'Abate, Denise Collins (vocals).
