The Grammy Museum is welcoming iconic bassist Leland Sklar to the Clive Davis Theater for an intimate conversation on his illustrious career and a performance, moderated by Grammy Museum Artistic Director Scott Goldman. Leland Sklar has contributed as a session musician on roughly 2,600 albums from artists such as James Taylor, Phil Collins, Jackson Browne, Billy Cobham, Barbra Streisand, BB King, Ray Charles, The Section, Véronique Sanson, Toto, Lyle Lovett and more, touring every year since 1970. Currently, Sklar is touring with Phil Collins, Judith Owen, and his newest group, The Immediate Family, consisting of Sklar, Russ Kunkel, Danny ‘Kootch’ Kortchmar, Waddy Wachtel and Steve Postell. Event will take place on November 8 at the Clive Davis Theater in the Grammy Museum LA, 800 W. Olympic Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90015.
